The Presentation
Tryin to put together a rather interesting PPT but seems tougher than it seems. Such alot to cover. The Base of PD is massive therefore giving me tons of trouble in getting my material together. Hope and pray that i do get all right.

My Topic!
Finding an interesting topic is equally hard and tricky. One must be able to hold the attention of the listeners, and also have something substanial to talk about so that the audience doesnt go back with jus yawns and a sleepy presentation :D :D :P
What I did here was looked through some topics that I could relate to. These topics would not only allow me to explore Targets incredibly large areas of focus, but also learn through the research. Learned - YES but in complete awe of Targets growth and future potential. Target seems to be an ever expanding empire ready to take on the WORLD :) :)
So here I am... presenting to you the chosen one ( yes! I am a bit dramatic :P :P ) the Topic cosen by me to present for "The Pioneer Presenter" is PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT :D :D
Through my research i have found that this topic is relatively unknown to us.
Through further research I plan on giving an insight into Property Development :) :)
A rather big topic to cover. I will be in my presentation covering as much as i can and to the best of my ability. Hopefully everyone will find it an interesting topic.
Heres to everyone knowing How and Why we stand were we do.

The 1st :)
Blogging is something that i have never tried.. So here I am, trying cause i have to. Seems easy :P
Hoping the topic I pick is interesting enough and there would be no ''strangling'' of anyone like the host suggests :P :P
When it comes to feedback, please try and not to be to critical my fellow Target-ites ( Yes! i just came up with that ). I am not very good at taking criticism, might just end up strangling someone. Even though I am a firm believer in Non-violence, people do tend to slip up :D :D
Another thing, Please do not mind the smileys. I use them in excess :) :P :D
Thanks to the opportunity that the L&D committee have given me and the other participants.
